excellent session dude. What impresses me the most is the weight you managed to use on Front Squats after hitting Deadlifts quite hard.
Calve Raises + Leg Curls = nicely done as well
how long do most of your sessions end up being anyway? I'm curious because my latest session had quite a bit of frequency (10 sets of 3 on BB Row and 8 sets of 3 on Box Squats) and that really extended my workout to what it usually is (ended up being a 90 minute session) but nonetheless it doesn't seem to take away from my sessions.
