excellent session dude. What impresses me the most is the weight you managed to use on Front Squats after hitting Deadlifts quite hard. :xyxthumbs:

Calve Raises + Leg Curls = nicely done as well

how long do most of your sessions end up being anyway? I'm curious because my latest session had quite a bit of frequency (10 sets of 3 on BB Row and 8 sets of 3 on Box Squats) and that really extended my workout to what it usually is (ended up being a 90 minute session) but nonetheless it doesn't seem to take away from my sessions.

Great work again dude, cheers :food-snacking:

Thanks man! DL was easy though :)

Sessions are right about 90 mins for me as well. If it takes longer I'm slacking. Can't have that :food-snacking:

Not sure what you mean by "frequency" man...? Don't you mean volume or density? Like the 10 sets anyway :xyxthumbs:

Hey dood.

Yea on mondays I train FB. Wednesdays are upper and fridays are lower -body.

I HATE shoulder presses! They fuck my joints up and I have absolutely NO strength in that position. Laterals and frontraises FTW:xyxthumbs:

I have what doctors call cinema knees. A somewhat common phenomenon which can be painful at times. ATM I'm being medicated for asthma. I administer adrenal cortex hormone twice daily, which seems to have a positive impact on my knees. The condition will "wear off" eventually - approximately 2-3 years :ughfingers:

Glad to inspire bro :gaygay:

i googled cinema knees and found nothing, but wouldnt that hormones just hide the pain but the injury is still there?

back to training, lateral and front raises are like finishing moves right? so the real shoulder builders for you are chin-up, bench press or deadlift?

Not sure wether they call the condition that in other countries... I just translated the Danish :xyxthumbs: And yes - the hormone will only "disguise" the pain. The condition will heal with time.

Laterals and front-raises are not finishing movements for me per se, since they are the only direct work my delts get. But I build most of my mass with DL, BP and squats yes...
