good workout tunen, im adding deadlifts with more regularity to my routine, today i added 10 kgr to my PB after some time without doing it because my dam knees we will see how it goes

I like the calve/curl combo too, no breaks eh? probably went by rather quickly I'd imagine.

Out of curiosity, whats your weight around now and bodyfat? any future plans on doing a show or just enjoying training and prioritizing else where in life currently?
