Hey dude :linedrunk: Thanx a bunch! I like the kick-backs because they're the only triceps isolation exercise I can do atm :jerkoff1: Actually I feel them mostly in the lateral head of the triceps.

Thanks man. The bench seems quite good atm. Dunno why - my training partner is all burned out from our last cycle still :dunnodude:

Squatting twice in the same session I cannot recommend :no: But it's hardcore
