You already told me your session over the phone, and it was pretty good. Hopefully your strength gains dont stop while your lowering your carbs for the next couple weeks, they shouldnt. Lets hope not, see you tomorrow.

POWERSHRUGS: 135x12, 225x10, 185x15, 135x25
FLAT BB PRESS: 115x8, 135x6, 135x5, 135x5
UPRIGHT ROW (EZ Bar w/ 25lb plate on each side): 75?x10, 75x10, 75x10, 75x10

Then we headed to Subway. It was a good meal, yummm. Leg's tomorrow. Should be a great day since I dont work, so I might put in 2 cardio sessions tomorrow plus my training session. We will see! Later!

P.S. - Ill have the videos posted in a little while, need to get to school work.

it was another fantastic session thats for sure. Your traps should be sore after that 135x25, thats good for a great pump right there. Your deadlifts have been improving nicely as well, by the time we go see Evo you should be doing 315 for a couple reps, that would be pretty awesome. Today is Legs and I want to see a brutal leg session

PAULIE GREAT WORK BRO! U n tweak go great together as workout partners!

Just a suggestion on your form bc i dont wanna see u get injured, Ok breathe out when u pull up the weight. Also, your locking your legs out to soon IMO, your locking your legs out then pulling your back into a locked in postion it should happen at the same time. deadlifts are primarily a leg exercise IMO back is just a HUGE secondary muscle in the lift. keep those legs tight baby, and lock em out the same time u lock your back out.

Keep up the great work paulie! I can tell u were pushin hard bro, and thats awesome!

Thanx for the comments everyone! Thanx for the tips, my deads are slowly getting better in strength and form. I dont think ive been doing them for 6 months even, they are still decently new to me.

Leg Day baby! Lol, I couldnt really squat for shit today, there was so much pressure on my back and I couldnt handle the weight because of deads yesterday, but here it was.

QUADS

SQUAT: 135x10, 185x6, 155x8, 155x8
DB LUNGES (Went really heavy): 35x8, 40x6 - LEG EXTENSION (Weight Per Leg): 65x10, 80x10 <ds> 65x12
HACK SQUAT MACH.: 140x12, 160x10, 190x8, 210x8
HAMMER STRENGTH LEG PRESS: 270x10, 270x10, 290x8, 320x8 (used my hands to push a little)

HAMS

LYING LEG CURL: 95x10, 110x10, 125x10
SEATED LEG CURL: 125x10, 140x10, 155x10

CARDIO

ELLIPTICAL: 20 mins. - 325 calories
STAIR STEPPER: 15 mins. - 162 calories

TIME: 35 minutes
TOTAL CALORIES: 487 calories (domination!)

yesterday you did destroy your back with those deadlifts, so I dont blame you entirely for not being able to squat worth shit. You know sometimes if your back is that sore you should just put off legs for later that week, so today you could have hit another muscle group and tomorrow you could have hit legs.

Your lunges are coming around as well, and that is definetely a hardcore cardio session, remember no carbs tonight, gotta start lowering those so you can lose that last bit of tummy fat.

I had another great session later that night. Was with my sister and I saw Tweaks girl there, I said hello to her for all of you.

CARDIO

ELLIPTICAL: 20 mins. - 340 calories P.B
SEATED BIKE (You pedal out in front): 10 mins. - 90 calories

TIME: 30 minutes
TOTAL CALORIES: 430 calories
