Well everyone, Im done with school now, for a long time.
I plan on keeping this up to date now on a regular basis. And Ill have plenty of time to get awesome sessions in. I have so much free time now, Im going to love it. And I hope some of you continue to post in my log, and I will randomly be posting in all of your logs as well.
Chest & Arms - 12/26/06
- Twas a good session. Kept it light today, I just got back from a week off. The gym was packed! All those college students on winter break are getting in my way...
This was a session full of domination, your bench has improved and next week you better dominate that 10x3 again and then get better inclines afterwards as well.
Your close grip has also improved, soon it will break the 200lbs mark and that will be glorious. More glorious then when Chesty makes you a "suprise"

Shoulders & Back - 12/27/06
- It was a pretty short session....I was getting ready to live for the gym around 2:15 and I realized I had to be at work by 4. So this session was only 45 minutes long cause I needed to get home to cook my food and eat.

your militaries have gotten better, about time you hit 135 for 10 good reps. The Chinups are great too, those will get better dont even worry. Close Grip Lat pulldown is also good, and I cant believe you did side laterals last, I already know that burned pretty good.
