- It was a pretty good workout. I felt a little weak today, I think its cause I didnt eat a whole lot before my workout. Here it was...

your flat bench is finally improving nicely, about damn time. 175x4 is good, hopefully you'll be able to hit 185x6 in no time. The inclines were also good, 4 reps though as of late your reps have been dropping under that 5-6 rep mark too often

tricep work was kinda gay, get away from those cables bicep work was good though, although I know you can use heavier then 25lbs

good job on the bench presses, it looks like you're getting stronger.
Sometimes I feel weak and tired, that's when you do what you can do for that day as long as it is maximum intensity
curls looked better this week so good job on that one. benching wasnt bad either. but why are you wasting your time on that reverse grip pressdown!? lol. maybe its just me but i never even come close to feeling a good burn when i do that one.
^ Yea it is a waste of time, especially when I do it often. I get a slight burn, but usually I do close grip bench press and db skullcrushers, those are much better exercises.
^ I didnt train today because I had to work at 1. And I couldnt get myself to wake up because I was having this super long dream. I tell you about it later.
Im training shoulders and back tomorrow before work. I promise you that.
Very complete workout youve got there Paulie. Great job on those side raises, the drop set was a painful one Im sure and hmmm...wide grip cable rows...havent done those in a while. May have to do them in honor of you!
