C'mon along nicley Paulie, congrats on the PB with the Bench too:xyxthumbs: . It feels good that 200 for the first time doesn't it? Good to see you guys mixing it up with biceps as well that sort of stuff brings results.

:eek5nono: Now you got your 200 though get those reps back up, you need to go around 8-12 for good hypertrophy, anything under 6 will just make you a powerlifter:uhoh2: .

Good luck mate, look forward to hearing about 220 when you get it.

Leg Day - February 1, 2007
- Was a pretty good session. Sometimes my squat looks like im trying to do a squat/good morning combo, but that only happens when I try to use my back to help my squat, and I could cause a serious injury that way. So today I tryed really hard to do the full squat with my legs only and not part of my back. And seriously, lets see how long I can keep this log going...

^ Hypo, Tweak and I are not training partners yet. We go to different gyms and we train together maybe once or twice a month, but in March im switching over to his gym, then we will train together just about every day.

Decent workout's, your very good at pressing. Bench and shoulder press is excellent.

Need more 'pull' exercises possibly for a contrast.

Work on these chins!

My BB Curls were good. Did you want me to do 100lbs for 12 reps?? I think I can only do 100lbs for a few reps. If your asking why I did two sets at 65lbs, its because I really wanted to keep my curls at 12 reps, and 65 was pretty easy.

Well, this is awesome! Glad you're back posting your log Paulie, all I could do before was read through the old pages. :(

Great supersetted DB press and Laterals...love doing that, great burn!! Good weights too.

Awesome number of squat sets as well..bet that hurt. I appreciate the honesty on the form too and regardless, great job!
