Shoulders - February 10, 2007
-This session was short and slightly productive. I was supposed to get off work at 5:15, and its like 5:25 so I call and say "hey, can i leave?!" and my boss goes, "NO, im not letting anyone leave right now". So now im pissed because the gym closes at 7 and for like the 5th time on a Saturday I have to work overtime. So I dont get off until like 6pm, I rush home and eat, and get to the gym at 6:30. I have half an hour to work out, that sucks. So I need what I could of shoulders, and im going to train back Sunday.
Sounds like my old boss..
Except he would throw shit at me and say
crap, the thing he said that pissed me off the most
and made me wanna quit "are you a donkey fucker"
Good job getting into the gym Paulie! You could have just been like nevermind and something is always better than nothing. Im sure it was intense with the time limitation.
As a sidenote, your boss is a bastard! Good Job today, dont be so hard on yourself!
whyd you go home and eat? you should have just gone straight to the gym, I know you always weart shorts under your pants just like me my pants are too big
good session though for time restriction, and glad to see that dumbell press staying strong
Back - February 11th
- A pretty good session. I was really pleased with my deadlifts! Oh and today the gym smelled pretty bad, it never really smells bad at all. It smelled like cologne and perfume with a little mix of butthole.
Chest & Arms - February 12th
- It was a pretty excellent session. I trained with Tweak, so of course it was pretty awesome. Today was Day 1 of my diet, Ive had about 70 grams of carbs so far, and about 160 grams of protein, so im kind of low on protein right now. And every 4th day, I will have a high carb day and it will be awesome.
that session was pretty much domination, we did dominate every one of those exercises.
That kid did want your body thats why he was stairing at you for 5 minutes after we got off that bench press
Soon your bench press will be greater then what you weigh, hopefully after the next month when you get down below 200lbs, that will dominate.
25lbs by March 14, lets see it
your cat better eat that chicken thats on the floor dammit, or I'm going to throw him through the window not the nice cat, the mean one that always runs through the kitchen not even looking at me just hissing at the air, because that cat does not even dominate one bit.
Shoulders & Back - February 13th
- I did this session out in my garage. Theres a "level 2" snow advisory and they dont want anybody on the road unless you absolutely have to be. So they closed my gym at 11am, pretty much gay. But I had a mediocre session out in my garage, check it out.
