My garage gym does dominate at a very high level. I think it was a decent workout, it was about 45 minutes long.

Spiece is probably not closed because they try to be better than the other gyms :disgust:

I would of done weights tomorrow, but its my day off and I made some plans, so ill probably be busy.

Legs - February 15th
- This was a pretty good session. I hit the quads pretty nicely, and I didnt neglect the hams this time. I did a little bit of calve work as well, I didnt do alot of sets on calves because I did the stair stepper, I got a nice burn from that. I weighed myself before my cardio and I was 221. :xyxthumbs:

I still want to see the squat of yours to make sure your not putting too much torque on your lower back :no:

finally some descent hammie work, and good cardio as well...you forgot to put down the calve work you did though :tear: although the stairmaster does smash your calves, mine are very sore from yesterday because after I did legs I did the stairmaster :tear:

good session, now hopefully Verizon will call you back so you can dominate them

Yea man, im probably gonna get under 170, hopefully under 10% BF as well.

I will diet just like you told me too. Oh and by the way, i didnt do the hammer strength leg press, i did the other incline leg press next to it

If you get to 170, I don't no how you'd have a 10% or over bodyfat level, unless you burned a serious amount of muscle.

Nice job on the leg press and I'm also digging the DB SLDL's. Good to see you're not neglecting hamstrings (which most people do anyways). Remember, good quads are a dime-a-dozen but amazing hamstrings are a sight to be seen.

^ I really hope you dont think we train together everytime. Hes not my training partner yet, and him and I only train together like once or twice a month :duh: Its ok though... nobody well ever get it...
