Seated DB Press - 60lbs for 9 reps! - GOD this was HARD!

Side Raises - 30lbs for 10 reps, then dropsets to 20lbs and 15lbs (cuts off early)

Cybex Shoulder Press - Last exercise, it was lightweight, like 50lbs

These are awesome videos! This is how I got the ability to put videos up....

My cell phone has Bluetooth connectivity, and its kind of a cheap phone ($160) but ive had it over a year. Well I heard about ways to transfer your images and videos and audio onto your computer, but I didnt know where to buy this stuff. Well online, I found a Bluetooth Wireless USB Adapter...you plug it into your USB port on your computer and you can connect to your phone from your computer. I went out and got this at Office Depot for $42 (Its deffinately worth $42!) and im able to do all this with just a little stick. F*cking Awesome!!

that was pretty much the greatest session we've had together thus far. You finally got the 60s which was quite an accomplishment. We only did 5 movements but damn it felt great. Sunday we shall dominate some more.

If only everybody saw how crappy your form was about 2 months ago before I fixed it for you lol, flying bird

great session and thanks for the clips. its great that u put up the clips but im goin to give u some contructive criticism, and please dont take this as me knocking u at all bc im not. ur db side raises (laterals), u tend to swing and use alot of back. u have two options, either drop the weight and keep ur back in a more stabilized position so ur back isnt doing half the work for u and u can hit the medial deltiod (middle muscle in shoulder) better or u can do what i prefer to do which is do them isolated. meaning, u stand up straight with ur opposite hand placed on a bench or something that can stabilize u then u do ur raise. this will keep u from rocking so much with ur back bc ur oppposite hand is on something to straighten ur body out. also, finishing with a machine press after u already did a db press? i think u over work ur medial delt and didnt touch ur front delt, remember ur delt has three heads. maybe next time do some front db or bb raises. straight arm so u really hit that shoulder from all angles. best of luck and keep us posted:wave:

Thank you for your input, I appreciate. It does look like im swinging quite a bit in that video, but It didnt feel like it when I was doing. Usually Tweak tells me when im not doing something right, I guess ill have to smack him in the head for not telling to stop swinging so much. I dont know why we did a pressing movement at the end, tweaks idea. But how is 2 pressing movements not such a good idea? I still hit my front delts on both Seated DB press and the machine press. I usually do 2 pressing movements when I train delts, and thats great. Seated DB press and Military press. Oh well, I appreciate everybodys comments. The videos are great, I think that Bluetooth adapter is one of the coolest things ive bought in a long time. See ya everybody later, im training with Tweak tomorrow, Power Day!

you werent swinging that much really, you had a steady sway going on which was good. Plus it allowed you to use heavier weight and you still had good form.

I thought the exact same thing. I dont want to start any spark over this with Flex, I thought my form was pretty good.

if there was any problem its your form on DB Press, you still must come a couple inches lower and then you'll be down pat, other than that your form has improved greatly on everything. Tomorrow I'll just have to see how your bench and deadlift are and well see from there.

Bench form is good, guarenteed. Deadlift form, hopefully its ALOT better than the last time you saw it. We'll just see tomorrow.

no please dont think im trying to start any confrontation. just constructive criticism, which is what i would want from u guys to do on my log as well. from the video when u r doing the laterals, u r spine is starting in a partially flexed position, then u go into an extension. watch closely. next time put on a belt and keep either slightly bent over or stand up straight. when u use ur back u can do more weight, but then u take out a huge % of that weight on ur medial delts when thats what ur trying to hit. do u see what i am saying?

as far as finishing with presses, i just felt that u already did them in the beginning of the work out, there was no need to hit them again bc when u do presses u r mainly using ur med delt which u already hit twice. also ur shoulder is made for mobility, not stability and overhead presses put ur shoulder in a compromisable position where u can cause alot of damage (trust me i go to school for this shit). also i felt u could have used ur last set to hit ur front delts which i didnt really see u do according to ur workout. otherwise u had an awesome session
