My opinion is that he looked a little better this year though he looked freagin amazing in 2011!

In my opinion i like 2016 version, he was very dry and he didn't make any mistakes what will he be next year?

Phil Heath is on the Flex cover again. Here is some of what he said about it.

I've been blessed to be apart of the Team Weider/AMI Brand for over ten years and I must say that it's really a family over there. I appreciate the opportunity to give my genuine perspectives on training and real stories on my thoughts going into contests. You allow me to keep it real and not have everything ghost written which is awesome especially these days. Phil Heath from a few days ago about this image taken in 2007!

This was a pic taken after the 2007 Olympia Press Conference. We weren't competing in this show as I decided to take time off and focus on the 2008 Ironman & Arnold Classic. What's crazy is obviously how young Hany and I both looked but also our mentality toward my career. During the press conference we both sat together in the audience and listened to competitors calling me out for not competing after qualifying. I looked over at Hany and he told me to not worry as we will always get the last laugh with hard work and dedication. We have been the best Duo since Ronnie and Chad and we plan on keeping it going til 2020 when I retire. thanks HANY for believing in my abilities and also what WE could accomplish together through the madness!
