Didnt wanted to leave the gym withoud a PR on the bench but it just wasnt the day for it. Better luck nect time. Schoulders felt fried when I started with the MP so the weight isnt what I used to do.

i haven't done front squats in such a long time i might start adding those to my quad routine.
Nice deadlifts bro, do you scream as you lift the weight up? cos i do :gaygay: :49: i let out a big RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :49:

nice leg extensions to finish off the quads bro and overal a good solid workout session with some nice weights flying around :tiphat:

Solid session. getting the dead just below your knee is pretty much the hardest bit! You'll have it next time for sure!

Practice makes perfect Philo, keep on at those cleans. It took me ages to get my technique right when I was learning to do them but now its been so long since I last did them and I bet I'm back to sucking at them now.

Good sessions too mate, sorry its been a while since I've looked in.

Persistence is the key Philo. Those oly lifts is pure technique. I struggle to do them too, but good to see you utilizing them.

Trained with my nephew. I visited him and he wanted to get some tips from me. First tip, you must leave the gym asap. No squatrack = epic fail. For the rest just anatoher commercial gym with too many rulez. I had it all planned, some front squats, DL, GM etc etc. to give him a burning sensation which remembers him of the best session in his life so far. But that didnt work out so we did the above. Nothing special but ok.
