I dunno why but the energy was totally gone after the MP's. could be from the party I had saturday or because we trained early in the morning, either way on paper it looked easy but in real life it was hard for me not weight wise but conditioning wise.

It seems like I'm getting used to the reps. The deadlifts went very good so the weight will up next session. Those chins are very hard hopefully they get better asap

I felt like crap before I started. Went out on thursday and had about 1.5 hours of sleep. I didnt wanted to go but Serge (thanks mate) came in and almost beated me to dead when I told it to him. I had no choice so I went to get a semi descent workout. I almost passed out and felt sick the whole time but it was worth it.
