Love the work on the bech press man, changing the grips allowing you to hot the muscles working at all angles.

This is what I was doing, going a little deeper. You basically want to go until your torso is parallel with ground. They're are so many variations, truly an amazing exercise.

Just make sure you sit back on your heels, lead with your hips and keep your lumbar spine neutral.

EDIT: Also, the Dimmel deadlifts are more of a conditioning movement. Instead of doing 8 reps you want to do 2 sets of 20.

Nice work prizefighter, the reistance bands provide a set amount of resistance?
Cause many times people have frowned upon the continous use of the bands due to singular wear and durabilty factors in which case one band may eventually give more resistance than the other, resulting in muscle mass/strength inbalance and even injury.

Just something to think on I would use chains myself though, but awesome work als long as the bands are equal in durabilty you should be good, most likely they are.
