So here we go! I am about to start my prep full-speed for the IFBB Chicago Pro on July 1st. We are sitting at 14 weeks out and I'm feeling good about the improvemnts I have made in this short period of time. ✔I just had a very productive 6 months keeping my weight down under 200lbs and my bodyfat relatively low. First time ever in my 21 years of competing that I've had to keep my weight DOWN ?! I never thought I would ever be saying that! ✔This year I will be bringing my trademark conditioning as usual.

2 weeks to bring that fullness, and to improve my condition. I have to say, this year has been the biggest season. I've gained around 10kg/ 22lbs since my last competition as an amateur at the Arnold USA. That's already a big win for me. The process is going well, and it only proves one thing. If you are focus and constant, work always pays off.
