Yep, bench is my Achilles ankle. Instead of doing all the volume in one day, I splited it in 2, well, more or less, so let's see if the higher frequency will be benefitial.

68-69kg hehe...you beat me in total strength in the squat, with 190kg, let's see If I can hit that, so your weight drop gonna be more severe :D

Man, I'm so unconditioned that my addutors are killing me, and I only squatted 80% for 4x3 on Monday! Impossible to do sumo's today, I'll try tomorrow.

Think I'm gonna compete in the Brazilian Deadlift Championship, in December. So after I hit my PB at squats on mid August I'll focus on the deadlift. And I'm 2kg above the 67,5 class, meh, and not strong enough for the 75kg class...well, but I have 4 entire months to think about it, let's see!

Bulk up for the 75's!

Let's see, cause I don't know if in the team there's already a 75 guy. But it's a good idea, gaining 1kg per month until december shoudn't be hard.

Not raw, geared. I have a squat suit, Titan Centurion, but it can be used for deads too. It's a bit loose, I put on 2 minutes by myself.
