3@108kg - my training partner point me out that I wasn't breathing in the entire set, and I wasn't hehe, that's why the first 2 reps were so easy and the third was a grind. I had so many things to do this day and was not concentrated in training. Besides that bench is going very well.

As the doctor said it seems my knee have bursitis, not a major problem, but a major pain in the ass, only time to heal.

Been training my upper body heavy, specially back and wrist, trying to catch up my best bench mark. Also, giving trouble to some heavier guys at armwrestling.
Regarding the tendon, I went to a good doc and he sad it will take 6 months to a year to the tendon be 100%.

Pullup: me + 50kg for 4 reps
Db row: 72kg for 5 reps
