looks like a big annoyance! did you need stiches?

Yes, 4. It was bigger and deeper, this pic was taken 14 days later. With 11 days the stiches were removed and the cut opened a bit, it's getting smaller each day. The worst place to have a cut is the knee, it's impossible to not flexionate this shhit, so the healing takes a lot of time. Still swelling and hurting, I think the total recovery will take some months, I hope in 2 weeks be back to train some deadlifts.

I wish. I have to be careful, if I bend my knee to much the cut start to open. I Should had re-attached the stiches.

Thanks for the words man! In no time I'll come back and put all of you to shame haha well, some of you.

Thanks man! I keep posting the same shot over and over again haha...it's the only decent hehe

Post different poses rob, you prolly wont look bigger in other poses but your still very lean and your muscles look pretty dense for their size.

aslong as all the pics you post are not during pumps....

Trained at home due to Independence Day in Brazil

Stiff legged deadlift - well, cause of the knee my form was a bit loose, and mainteining the arch was hard, at least a neutral position I kept
warm-ups, then up to
5@170kg
4@170kg - could have done more, but I was afraid to hurt my lower back

Did dome sumo's with 110kg, I think it was 2 sets of 6-8 reps, but without using hips to much, most lower back, again cause of the knee.

Dumbbell rows
2x8@64kg

Hanging leg raises
3x10

Grip

3 sets with Ivanko Gripper and 2 sets smashing a tennis ball with the thumbs.

Good session, considering the situation.

Thanks! The cut is much better, the problem now is the pain, but I like pain :D

nicely done Robinho, getting back up to business has usual I see.

Robinho is the soccer player, Ronalda.
Yesterday the guy from the powerlifting team send me a message: how's training going? I told my story and imediately went to train haha by December I need to be full force. I'll focus on the deadlift, sumo and conventional, and leave the squat in the closet.

Calves on Smith Machine
25@75kg s.s 25@bw with step s.s 25@bw on the floor s.s 25@bw in a streched calf position
Did this 2 times. It hurts. A lot.

Then some tibialis anterior.

The cut is looking very pretty, it's completely dry. My issue now is some kind of patella pain. Unfortanely, with my experience with tendon injuries and other hard tissues, it takes long to recover.

Tried some very light leg extensions. No way.
Tried legpresses. No way.
Tried bw squats, hurts but not like the others. Good sign.

See ya foockers!
