Ok todays session. Wasn't really feeling it when I got there I think it was the anticipation of Incline DB's and the expectation that I would only do the same as last time or drop off a rep and feel awful for the rest of the session. What didn't help was the music on the loudspeakers across the whole gym this were the 1st 3 songs that were plying when I walked in.

45kg (100lb) x 5 - P.B. finally broke the barrier by a rep. Actually got a 6th rep but I got spotted so much I ain't counting it.

And that was it. Better than I was anticipating so pleased with it. Although again it took me a little longer than I would have liked - 85 mins.

Incline Dbs are excellent, 100x5 is pretty great :xyxthumbs:

deadlifts and rows are both very strong

next time tell them to throw some Celine Dion on the radio to really get you pumped :ughfingers:

it's always nice to get it in a hard workout whenever ur not feeling it in the beginning.....impressive DB incline (100 x 5 and a new PB!) sum nice heavy rows as well....just heeeavvy weight all around nice work rocky

miamiracing - Thanks buddy. The BB row was pretty power style though and I think I was a bit more upright than I'd like to be.

Turkish - Yeah was glad to get the 1st exercise ok. I think the pressure is almost off a bit when you don't feel like it cos you don't expect to do so well so when you do it fires you up!

Hypo - Yeah the BB rows are damn hard. The cable rows are easy. There must be too many pulleys on it cos all the exercises I do on there are reasier than the weight I use on them attests to.

Pickle - I was hoping to get more vids and photo's in here but since Evo has left I ain't go anyone to do it for me! :(

Fallen - lol - yeah but your weights are bigger than mine to start with! :) Did you change the title of my log? :no:

I know whatcu mean by weights being heavier
to me its easier to balance on machines/cables
but i don't know how it is for you, since you're taller
and have longer arms etc.

today im doing raw heavy cable rows
and heavy everything. i'll tell you how it went
i suck at BB rows, no matter how much weight i use
i can't keep the balance right, wide foot position or narrow
