I was training on my own and after work instead of in the morning - which also meant the gym was a bit clogged up and fucked up the flow.

Well today's session sucked shit through a penis straw!

It was fucking awful.

I still have a cold andf was bunged up with a sore throat and headache and I got less than optimal sleep last night aswell. So mind (and body) really wasn't to the task at hand.
I should have not trained, but knowing it would be a few days before I got in again - duty got the better of me, and contrary to the opinion that "something is better than nothing" - this session was not.
Inexplicably I got a PB but the pushing session was weak as arseholes. Here it is for your amusement:

I'll be glad when I'm back to my regular sessions with my training partner. Hopefully that will help. Be able to get more vids and pics then too. Will try and get (gulp) a leg shot soon. :uhoh2:
