Hey everybody, I'm trying to help my girlfriend out here. She wants to get lean and tone up and I've convinced her that the only way to do it is to lift. She wants me to come up with a good weekly routine for her. I'm coming to all of you for help. I'd like to help her out here but I want to get some advice from those of you in the know. Thanks.
