if you look at markus ruhl in these recent years.... his chest is getting that space in between aswell... even he mentioned that its one of the reasons why he is retiring

I remember when he first changed to big poppa pump in wcw he was really big then. His chest looks awful now though, I wonder if he tore his pecs before or something.

He had heart surgery or something like that and they had to open up his chest. Thats why his pecs are like that now and hence the cross with the heart on it. Not bad considering what he went through. And no its not the same thing that Markus is going through. Ruhl's is more of a tear.
