I'm pretty sure I will do well at the contest. Its going to be a small show, but if i find out the show turns out to be lame, I'm not even going to do it.
Looking my pics (the mm ones), I guess I didnt get soft from all that junk. However, Lately I notice that i gained a bit of fat since my splurge, so I really need to quickly get back what i hard before my splurge by around sat-mon (roughly 2 weeks out) So that gives me almost one more week, not including this, one to cut up more before i have sodium/carb deplete.
That leg shot is amazing, your gains since you last show are astounding. As Line said, you have some of the best genetics on here, Im looking forward to the pics with you holding the overall trophy. I need to try this Palumbo diet cause you look like a top national competitor.. my diet made me too flat and I lost too much size. Hook me up with the details sometime?
Well it looks like August 9 is the show I'm aiming for. Its an national qualifier.
That makes me about 18 weeks out i think, so i have quite a bit of time. I'm bulking a bit right, a pretty dirty bulk actually. 6 double cheese burgers, 4-6 protein shakes, chicken breast, potatoes, donuts, whatever basically. I have no clue what my bf or weight is, buts i can tell you i dont look pretty.
I have lab for school tomorrow in ex phys, and they need a volunteer to do underwater weighing, so i might be able to get my stats then. I checked the scale we have in the locker room, and think its fucked up because the thing read 239 when i stepped on it. Im guessing im about 224 realistically.
