I really like goodmornings, my hamstrings get way more of a workout from them than leg curls, as well as the goodmornings will help with my squats as well. A+ exercise hehe

Yeh grab one of those cardio steps with the adjustable feet so that you can set whatever height you want. Every gym has them for aerobics classes.

Good work on the GM's and box squats. You're just the complete oposite of me where my ass is already doing too much work. Wiat wut :spy:

I usually add a couple of plates to the step as the one's at my gym are waaaaay too low. I may as well be doing ATG Oly squats on them without the plates.

You just get the feet off of a couple of others to build up the height. We used them all the time at my old gym. Apparently it was the only reason they were still there (couple of BBers and PLers that trained there).

My aim is like sets of 8 at least lol, but 3 is basically my limit at the moment! haha Id say about 1.5 shoulder width?

I like them, I just wish I could do more haha... In time.

good session kurt, I particularly like ur supported rows. 40kg on each side at ur bw is packing a mighty fine punch. Your definately stronger then me there. lolol you chin like a fairy tho and thats with short arms and u have less bodyweight then me. Not that its a competetion or anything. :spy: at least do like 8 or 10 sets of your low rep tinkerbells. P.s Also nice bench and cardio. xoxo

oh yeah, u told me that the other day and we established that i was too much of a cat to do them dead hang and i am therefore the fairy. Damn short term memory. :borat:

you a still a fairy. 15 reps in a session lolol today i did 16 in my first 2 sets. want a cuddle?

..waits for tim to come in and say he did 26 on his first set. :p
then following that waits for maxmonster to come in and say he did 2900 without doing a set.

I heart WG pullups, they make you feel like such a beast with the corresponding lat pump.

When I first started I couldn't even do 2. :(
