A little update: today i've bought a bike in an attempt to find some fun in doing cardio. I've done ~1hr of low-mid intensity to test my new toy and i plan to ride it again tomorrow, let's see if this last long ;)

sunday bike: 18Km mostly flat but a couple of hills. Under very hot weather.

I hate Spanish weather.. why don't you cross the border and come ride your bike were the weather is sweet and the waters are refreshing?

i'm enjoying the progress in this lair very nice numbers being pushed.

I happen to live in the south of the country by the mediterranean sea and we have a long summer lol. Weather gets colder when you start heading north. A couple of days ago my training partner said "if we are pushing this hard now this winter it is gonna be madness" hahaha, training with this heat makes you stronger :p

On a side note today i haven't ridden alone, a friend of mine came with me and we're already planning some routes to do on the bike so hopefully this will turn into something regular. And you flex your triceps while ridding, and that's a sexy plus lol.

I'm glad you enjoy my little blog.

Squat: up to 90Kgx5
Fronties: 50Kg x 10 x 2 sets
Lying leg curl: 7th/10 x 10 x 2 sets
1-leg calf raises: whatever x 2 sets of 10
weighted abs machine: 2 sets of many with half the stack

Feels good to go easy having an excuse for it lol.

There was this new guy in the gym, let's call him Mr. Upperbody, who surprisingly was doing "legs". 1 inch deep smith squats with a gazillion Kg. "meh" - I thought - "whatever makes him feel good".
Then, when my buddy and I were doing goodmornings he asks "what's that for?" me:"hams and lower back, you could say" mr. Upper: "that's bad for your back" me: *stare*. Idiot guy is idiot.
I hope he's in the gym on monday and see me doing propper squats. Oh dear, let him say me anything about going too deep!

lol at mr chicken legs, I have one or two like those where I train.

they just put like 5 plates/side and do 1 inch of what they call squat or they have a training partner grabbing and ****ing him when he attempts to go down.

idiots are idiots.

Fat grip kroc rows 22.5 x 20 x 2 sets
