Well nothing special there.When i still played hockey.We use to do 1000 bw squats 4 times a week..
But i think its good recovery session to just get some blood there.U should have done some streching after that..or did you?
I just sitt down on my knees and lean back...I cant find a better stretch...then I'm just sitting like that for 5 min..I can see how my legs change during
