Well nothing special there.When i still played hockey.We use to do 1000 bw squats 4 times a week..
But i think its good recovery session to just get some blood there.U should have done some streching after that..or did you?

I just sitt down on my knees and lean back...I cant find a better stretch...then I'm just sitting like that for 5 min..I can see how my legs change during :ughnoes:

My endurance is nowhere near that now

Yes it was a killer to do that many reps, it felt really good when doing them, I passed 12 reps, and thought I'll keep going, At 16 I started to lose my arc in the back. Right now my back feels like jelly, and my rear delts feel really sore also.

I might take an extra day of, going back on Tuesday instead of tomorrow.:keke:

Another day, another workout :xyxthumbs: Earlier today I didn't feel so good...I throw up in my morning coffee...talk about a bad start :D
I feel a little ill right now also, but thats something I always do after I've pushed myself.
Todays session went like this:


Warmup stuff

Rotator Cuff

Chest

Incline db press
1x10 24kg
1x10 28kg
1x10 34kg
1x6 34 (10 sec paus after the last set)

Smith machine bench press
1x10 80kg
1x8 80kg
1x4 80kg
1x5 80kg
1x5 80kg
1x5 80kg
1x5 80kg

Incline db flyes
1x10 18kg
1x8 16kg

Cable crossover
2x10 25kg
2x10 22kg

Biceps

DB curl

Cable bb curl

2x10 30kg

Pullups using arms

Hammer curl

Im starting to get really good contact with my chest now when training, something I never had before. There was a 10 sec reppause between all sets in the bench press, The pump I got from the benchpress was awesome, it actually hurt.:hsughr: (In a good way)
The biceps got what they deserved also, during the hammer curls the pump was so hard that it hurt curling the db up. It felt like a cramp actually
Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I'll either take the day off or do back and triceps :food-snacking:
