Thank you Glex :tiphat: It seems like I've reached enough strength to pass a plateau, cause I've done higher weight on the incline db press for two sessions now, then my shoulder feels good enough to nearly make 120kg in the bench thats awesome, Its my weight next week for sure :xyxthumbs:

I got my MOTM prize from "The musclecollection" today also....just took them 7weeks and it was the wrong size :eek5nono: Got a free t-shirt though..And 2lbs of advertising :ughnoes: Lets hope my supps from "TSN nutrition" and my wrist straps from "Prowriststraps" are coming soon. I cant describe how bad I think it is to treat customers like this........They should be ashamed !

I thought you got your stuff from prowriststraps? The shipping times are probably long because you live so far away.

So the wrist straps and the supps from TSN isn't here "yet"

Did legs earlier today. I decided to do it at home. The typ of training I did was really slow and high reps


Legs


Squats
1x50 BW (Small stance)
1x50 BW (neutral stance)
1x50 BW (Wide stance)

Long stride lunges
(3 set on every leg, for a total of 6 sets)
1x50 BW
1x50 BW
1x50 BW


That was it for today. It might not look like much, but the burn and pump I get by training like this is far greater then what I feel after a squat session in the gym :xyxthumbs:

Well nothing special there.When i still played hockey.We use to do 1000 bw squats 4 times a week..
But i think its good recovery session to just get some blood there.U should have done some streching after that..or did you?
