No workout today, one of my dogs acted strange this morning...he then throw up a couple of times. I later learned that the dogs where eating grass like there was no tomorrow this morning. He is fine right now, I just didn't find the time after that, the gym always gets growded at 3-4PM

I'll go tomorrow instead :xyxthumbs:

Haha, that story reminds me of my ex-girlfriends dog. He was always trying to eat grass, and one time he throw up this gigantic roll of mixed grass and saliva...it was disgusting, but kinda funny at the same time.

Hope the day off will only make you stronger tomorrow!

So thats it for today, not much reps nor exercises today :keke:
Instead I went for slow and controlled reps, the only two sets I didn't do this on was my heaviest squat set and the heaviset legpress set. And it went dark again on the legpress. It felt like my head started to grow :D
A friend in the gym said I made a loud roar at 400kg to...I didn't hear it:49:
I walk like I have shit my self....30min on my bike home from the gym was even worse then normal cause it was raining like crazy...

Hope its better weather tomorrow :ihavesandinmyvagina:food-snacking:

Interesting session i would say.Killer leg workout and for love of god..change your underwear until next session.

Did you fart while squatting? That would help you get the weight up. Equal and opposite reactions. Word, Newton, word.

Thank you Creator, the leg press and the squats are relatively simple moves for me cause I'm naturally strong. My dad squated 100kg at the age of 55 and that was his first ever time in the gym training squats :xyxthumbs:
His legs look close to the same as mine, little smaller quads, but his calves are bigger :49:

The only thing holding me back right now is that its really uncomfortable in my lower back and my right knee. I actually feel scared doing high weights cause me knee feels fucked. Doing the legpress its a differant story, you know the feeling..it feels like I'm being crushed :D

Im working on other ways to do squats to get that "problem" out of my way though, its only time before I figure it out :xyxthumbs:

Without the straps my wrists hurt if Im pushing the weight I want to

Well you made up for the lack of chest and back with a killer leg session. Awesome single on the leg press!
