This was a one off session. Never done that before, probably never will again.
I just didn't want to train more then squats tomorrow..then this was my only way out

:tiphat: thank you Creator, I hope so too. Lately I've seen that my arms are growing good, since I started to do more skullcrushers and preacher curls my arms has gone from 16.5 inches before I started this log, to 17.7 inches right now :D :xyxthumbs:

My back thickness has gone up really good also. Not lifting much heavier then before. The only thing different is that I do top deadlift instead of floor deadlifts.

So..I did The rest of legs earlier today and here it is.


Quads

Squat superset with leg extensions
(Deep and slow)

Squat
2x5 40kg Warmup

Hamstrings

Lying leg curl

That was it for today and this week. For some reason my quads was very sore before this session..those extensions yesterday must have been harder then I first though. Other then that I went all out today, and I was surprised that I made 3 reps on 160kg..the last rep was forced thought, And it went black for a while..maybe pushed it a little to much.
So the leg strength is coming back really good since my tear.

Nothing wrong with almost blacking out while lifting! Just be safe about it. Spotters are always nice, and at the very least have the rack set up properly.

Yeah I know, thats why I use machines when I get the chance to do so.
Its not the first time I'm almost blacking out, I Always do deads in a smith with stops in it, the same goes for squats, the stops are set so I only clear them with 1 inch.

So...sunday again :gaygay: little hangover right now..took a whole bottle of red whine yesterday :linedrunk:
That dont happen very often
I enjoy drinking red whine for the taste, and not to get drunk..even though thats the only thing that really can get me drunk :D

I'm going back to the gym tomorrow to do back and arms I think..
Its always hard for me to deside whether I should do chest or back for some reason. It all about how I feel I guess.
Anyway I'm going to start pushing it a little more cause I've started to find a good technique to train around my busted rotator cuff in my left shoulder that always bother me in one way or another :xyxthumbs:

I might go after some PBs also.
Cause my 110kg in benchpress was done a long time ago..
And I would like to think I'm stronger right now then I was back then :D
The deads are more difficult though..Cause thats all about how I feel that day.
The same goes for squats, the strength is coming back good in my legs as I said before, but it has not been consistent since my tear.
