those one leg squats can be killer! I have a lot of my clients do those and they seem to produce great results!

Yeah definitely. I dont know if I do them wrong, but I find them targeting the sweep and glutes good :keke:

Im not satisfied with the back session today. Well the weights was quite good, but it was much harder to do them then I want. Then I felt something in my lower back when I did of the floor deads..not a pulling sensation, but close too.

The shoulder and arm part was a good one though :xyxthumbs:

It wasn't a tearing feeling, just a uncomfortable feeling, it went away when I let go of the bar.

Soon Im on my way back home...In sitting in the kitchen with my brother in Gothenburg 1-2 hours away from my hometown Halmstad. Ill train tomorrow again, and it will be chest and arms I think

Doing some deads first :xyxthumbs:
I'm going to try going all out on deads then some chest.
Next session I'm doing the rest of the back and arms :food-snacking:
