A little update...3 meals today without feeling sick..
Really low calorie thought

200g Pro
300g carb
50g fat

Just took a shake with 47g protein and 27g carbs

So its up to 247g protein, 327g carbs..and then theres some fat in the milk so thats up to 53g

So I have got 2846kcal today, and thats good imo..thats just a little under normal

So..first day back after my concussion. And the funny thing is, I have dropped 10lbs from last monday, and I was still close to as strong:food-snacking:

I'm going back to the gym on Wednesday I think..need some rest

10 pounds is nothing :) Its all in the head anyway, I myself didn´t notice any real difference from when I weighed 92 kg last summer and when I weigh 102 now. Keep training and you will be stronger than ever.

What u hittin next?

Back and traps I think..I've changed the training a bit. I might do triceps and biceps twice a week rotation with first triceps 2 times then biceps
