Ok guys...No workout session today either..still feeling it bad..and I've started to feel a little sick again..I have decided to stay out of the gym for the rest of the week aswell. I hope I can be back in the gym on monday.TTunen

Yes, from my brother who is a doctor.
He said that its a concussion, and that it affects people differently, symptoms in some cases can stay for a week.
He also said that its nothing to worry about...cause I dont have anything vital in there anyway
