:D nah The chair trid to molest me:keke::dunnodude:

I was sitting in front of my computer and I saw something intresting on the tv..
So I pushed the chair with me in it towards the tv as I normally do.
But this time the wheels turned on the chair and broke off..I fell to the floor breaking the armrest off with my hip and banged my head into my couch...and lets put it this way...it didnt move..

Results was a bruised ass/hip...sprained right thumb, and a concussion :tiphat:

But you are right...after that I "molested" the chair

But I'm not sore in my chest...but my arms.....its unreal...it hurts and cramps if I close my arms and squeeze :D

I was going to the gym today, but I have desided to stay home. My hip/ass still hurts :D
So I'm going to do one legged squats with just my bodyweight and long strides up on a stair.
And that will be it for legs this week.
I will post the leg "session" In a moment

Tomorrow I'll head back to the gym though to do back and shoulders and maybe some small work on arms :xyxthumbs:

ok..todays leg session was like this:

One legged squat superset with long stride lunges on stairs
(20reps each)

4x20 BW

Squat superset with shorter stride lunges on stairs
(20 reps each)

4x20 BW


The burn in my legs right now is beyond what I feel at the gym after a leg session..This was a Milos Sarcev inspired workout. I did no rest between these different supersets. I took me 15 min to do. :49:
