HAHA, If that was the only thing in mind I would go :xyxthumbs:
But right now I feel sore in my triceps, I close grip when I bench to put more stress on the arms to relieve pressure from my left shoulder (Torn rotator cuff, + other shit:disgust:) So my strength will be down tomorrow, I'll do legs and shoulder if Im going to the gym, but its not likely

nice to see the rest-pausing, its basically the king of intensity techniques! you should have a look at DC training, has a double rest-pause on every working set just about!

great sessions!

That was it for today, and I'm satisfied with the session. Just a little stiff in my back...:coolguy: Today was a good day for me, good mood, nice weather outside and now bs outside of the gym, so I went for it, lifting heavier then I have in a long time in some exercises. I did a PB in deads (I think I've only done 5 reps before) and it felt good. I probably could've done one or two more only if my knee didn't start to hurt, So thats for next week I hope :food-snacking:. I tried the db rows again, that was a long time ago..and it didn't take long for me to use the heaviest db in the gym 40kg (~88lbs)..the same happend in the tricep pulldowns with a bar..the stack holds 60kg (~132lbs)
