great progress so far.
Your side chest is your stronges pose imo.
If can get that deep 'gaps' in your legs, then they might overpower everything :D. Your legs can be your secret weapon if prepared and used properly.

lookin better dridderz and i agree ure back is lookin good. Try bringing up the leg definition more. Do alot of lunges and real deep squats and higher reps. Also stick to going up hill on a treadmill instead if uve been walking on it flat. Also back or stair climber might help. Getting those legs ripped will be the hardest part and if u get them ripped guarentee placing!!

Good point and very true about being able to get the quads ripped will be one of the hardest parts for me, im slowly seeing lines in the quads, maybe i shouldnt take pictures the day after of a leg workout since heaps of blood would still be in there and not giving a better veiw:keke:.

Any other tips you might have to geting the quad area shredded?

details of my contest prep
Maintaining my current weight and Intake of Cals, pro, carb, fats till im 5 weeks out
so there might be new changes from here on out till 5 weeks out, who knows, im doin what my Nutritionist is telling me to do.

from now 7 weeks out till comp day i'll most likely be around mid 65kg's

Thats okays bro, we are on page 26, i dont blame ya lol to men pages to even remembe wheres what and so on lol.


Supplements : some AAKG, i stopped creatine before i started dieting.

Cardio : 1 x 30 min walk, 4 x 20 min bike

Meals: 5 per day

Cals : 2,000

Protein Times 2 of own body weight plus more.

Carbs : 285g max but i dont always reach that much, so on a daily avage i would say 220 - 260g

Fats : 15 - 30g.

No milk, cottage cheese etc

Mainly chicken breats boiled, tuna, raw oats, some bananas everynow and then with the oats. veggies,

past 3 weekends, 1 cheat meal each weekend. <-- wasn't up to me, uncle told me to :keke:

Anything else serb, let me know bro :xyxthumbs:
