Alright gang here is the heavy leg day for the week! For my heavy days I go to failure or a rep short of it. I had no forced reps for this session. Had a great pump because I have been in the library studying for most of the day!

Warm up: 5 mins on stationary bike
Barbell squat (ATG!): 135x15, 225x10, 315x6, 335x5, 335x4, 315x5, 315x4
Stiff leg dead lifts: 315x6, 335x5 (started bending legs too much), 315x5, 315x5
*some fine ass philly was on my leg press so I let the bitch be and moved on*
Front squats on smith machine: 225x5, 225x5, 225x4, 225x3
Calf raises on step box (smith machine): 225x18, 225x15, 225x15, 225x13, 205x15

Session felt real great! Like I said before, I really need to work on my legs and I think it is sessions like this one that will help me improve. I recently lowered my weight on squats and started to focus more on going past parallel and really tearing it up! Now I have the weekend to recover and relax. I will probably do some cardio on one or both of the days this weekend.

I agree that sessions like that will bring those legs up. Good choice of exercises and going to failure on them is intense. Good stuff.

Alright Mecca, just got back from a brutal heavy upper body day and I am feeling spent! Went to just about failure on almost everything. I superseted chest with back and bis with tris.

Bench Press: 135x12, 185x12, 225x9, 245x6, 275x4, 275x3, 255x5
T-bar row: 135x12, 180x12, 225x10, 315x8, 315x8, 315x8, 315x8
Overhead barbell press: 145x6, 145x5, 145x5
Pull up: bwx8, bwx7, bwx7
Close grip bench press: 185x8, 205x7, 205x7, 205x6
Close grip EZ curl: 125x8, 125x7, 125x6, 105x7

So there you have the upper body day! Got a great pump and felt great! Really focused on controlling my bench and t bars and got a great contraction where I wanted to!

Hypo: Thanks for the compliments bro! As far as the t-bars go, they dont give me any pain at all but when I get real heavy I definately feel a lot of stress on my erectors. Its an awesome workout though and I would recommend it into your routine!
