You're not lying about the whole 'heavy' day thing! I'm really starting to think a split like yours is optimal. The question I have is, do you work side/rear delts at all?

My delts are a very strong point for me and they overpower my chest in my side shots so I am not too concerned with them at this point. I think the delts get adequate stimulation with the presses and pulls that I do though. Give it a try sometime for varieties sake and let me know how you like it!
