Had a great session today. Wasnt even sure I was gonna go down to the gym, since I first went shopping for brand new Inlines, and then went to take a dip in the lake. Somehow I ended up in the gym anyway, doing some chest and abs.

Flat bench.

12 with 60kg
12 with 100kg
6 with 130kg (easy)
5 with 140kg (also easy?)
4 with 150kg (Boom, never would of thought that would happen today :)

Incline dumbbell press.

10 with 40kg
12 with 46kg
10 with 46kg

Flat bench flyes SS with cablecross.

14 with 26kg/10 with 25kg
10 with 29kg/8 with 25kg
9 with 32kg/6 with 25kg

Machine press.

13 with 100kg
10 with 100kg

Crunches with 10kg on the chest.

Hanging leglifts.

8 (kind of my worst exercise, weak abs and heavy legs :)

Rope crunches.

3 sets with the stack, max reps.

Felt really good to be able to press almost normal offseason weights, at this weight Im at now. Dont know what happened, I havent carbed up or anything, rather the opposite. Anyway, Im not complaining : )

Great work on the 150kg, I've still yet to complete a rep on that weight. It seems to be my sticking point.

Dumbbell rows.

8 with 62kg
12 with 46kg

One-armed rows in a machine.

16 with the stack
12 with the stack
Did one last set standing up, it gets you a different feel in the back.
10 with the stack.

What's the lat machine specifically? Is it a row or a pulldown?

Its a pulldown, sort of like a cheaper version of hammer strengths line.

Im finding it hard to get a decent routine going, because there is so much happening in my life right now. I hope this week will be better for my training.

It is definately hard to keep a solid training and diet program going when life gets hectic. Keep pushing away brother.

Update.

I seem to have gotten some kind of inflammation in my forearms. It started last Sunday and as the fool I am, I still did a bench session two days ago. Im paying for it now though :(

Bench.

Thorough warmup.
8 with 60kg
8 with 60kg
6 with 80kg
4 with 100kg
4 with 100kg
4 with 120kg
4 with 120kg

4 with 140kg
4 with 140kg
3 with 140kg
4 with 130kg
12 with 100kg

My arm started to hurt more around here. Thought I rest one or two days, but my work is kinda physical so when i got there it became worse, so today I called in sick, so I get a chance to heal.

Hope that forearm fixes itself sooner rather than later. Still put in a solid bench session though!

i almost broke my wrist with forearm pain at the same time tonite
anyway man, those are heavy heavy heavy benches
140kgs for 4 is impressive buddy plus before hand pushing out those other sets..

I havent felt any pain today, lets see how it feels tomorrow. Maybe I will do a light session, just to get the worst abstinence out of the way : )
