1)Chin ups wide grip 1 Set (as many as possible)
2)Barbell rowing wide grip 1 Set 10-12 reps
3)seated rowing medium grip with straight bar under chest 1 drop Set 7/7/7 reps
4)Dumbbell rowing 1 Set 8-12 reps
5)Seated one grip hammer strength rowing 1 drop Set 7/7/7 reps
6)Seated cable rowing 1 Set 6-10 reps
7)Deadlift 1 Set medium weight 15 reps
