In my youth I tried many different ratios of sets and reps. To 24-25 years by trial and error I came to the conclusion that five sets of 12 reps is for me. I have achieved the results I wanted. This training is enough to feel great the next day. Sure, there was some muscle soreness, but I didn't feel like a squeezed lemon.

I love these nostalgic shots. I heard about Sean Connery but this may be the first time I have seen shots of him bodybuilding. Cool stuff. Thx for posting.
