This is when I won the Pro World in Columbus Ohio before the Arnold Classic which I also won the first show in 1989.
This to me was the height of bodybuilding on showing a more Classic Look before the mass monsters came and things like a small waist and vacuums and posing routines were disregarded.

Arnold was bigger and with better proportions & condition. Not even close.

Impo i think that sami won the competition. He has a great phisique. Kevin english was mr O but sami lookded better! Nice shape and great muscles!
