I didn’t want people to think, “Oh that’s a nice physique”… I wanted people to think, “What the F is that!”


I always had my diet in check, I pretty much just cruised into the contest and maybe had a couple of extra pounds to drop in the week or so leading up to the Mr Olympia. So, planning is crucial, set achievable, realistic targets and monitor your progress.
