So are you holding water and that's messing up the weight loss or something else?
joey (FLEX) actually texted me this a few nights ago:
"Don't you feel like a dofus for pms'ing hte last few weeks when the only problem most likely was you gained muscle from the large amount of good carb/fat sources"
I was going 4400 calories the first week of my diet and slowly lowered them from there so i was eating a toonnnn of good carb/fat/protein sources
