pull down, wide grip
140x12, 160x12, 180x10

t-bar using 35lbs plates this time
3x12, 4x12, 5x12, 7x10 - might be a pr, too lazy to do the math

deadlift
135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x3 finally broke into the four hundreds - a PR

Fucking awesome PR's! Great weights to hit on those compound lifts! Getting 405 on deads at any time is great let alone at the end of a session!

nothing crazy today, still got a good pump

leg curl

been getting really bad hammie cramps lately while doing leg curls, cant get them to stop
