Damn man. For not feeling great those last two sessions were damn good. Strong squats, leg pressing and benching! Hope you shift the cold soon!

thanks rocko - stayed home from work today to take care of my daughter, who is sick also, so hopefully a day of nothing but rest will do me good. todays my usual day off from lifting so im not missing anything today. planning on replacing tomorrow mornings delt workout with my missed back session, my back needs it more than my shoulders, but we'll see.
