Started a cycle of X-Factor on monday...can already feel the soreness that comes along with it. I also noticed insane pumps the last 2 workouts...almost hinders my weights cause its so damn tight.

So im now 3 weeks into the 12 week cut phase....im down from 195lbs to around 187lbs this morning. Initial weightloss was like 5lbs which i think was mostly water etc from creatine mono. So im fairly happy with it so far. Don't wanna lose more than 1.5-2lbs a week.

Also ive gone back to heavy weights after 4 weeks of 12 rep range...now at 6-8 rep range

I'll stay above 6 reps usually...the occasional 4 rep set but even then i'll try to get 2 more forced reps

shoot for like 7% BF....last year (6 months or so ago) i was around 170lbs at that so i hope to be closer to 175lbs this year

Solid arm session in there. Strong Db curls and great cable extensions :) I like cable extensions because they really get my blood flowing :)
