Day 2 Arms/Calves

Seated calf raises 90x12, 135x12, 135x12
Calf 21 supersets ( 21 reps of leg press calf, then standing calf and last but not least floor calf) 3 sets 300lbs on leg press standing 150lbs and floor Bodyweight. These burn like hell! TRY EM

Warmup Tricep pushdowns 120x12, 120x12, 150x12
Tricep pushdowns 225x8, 250x8, 270x6
CG bench Press 225x8, 225x8, 225x6
Cable Kickbacks 35x8, 35x8, 35x8

DB curls 45x8, 50x8, 50x6
Seated Preachers 100x8, 100x8, 100x6+2 forced
Seated Cable Curls (back double bi) 35x8, 35x8, 35x8
Behind the neck curls 105x8, 115x8, 115x8

Shooting for 8-10 reps this week over my usually 6, although i stuck mostly to 8 reps this workout. Just change things up a bit keep my body guessing. Tomorrow is off then we hit back on Thursday :)

oh just a note I felt super strong on Triceps tonight...not so much left when i hit biceps

Hanging Leg raises BW 3 sets of 25

Damn was that a killer back workout...never had such a killer pump in the back before. Felt real good! Felt puke coming on a few times during the DB rows. We hit shoulders and some upper back tomorrow:)

Noticing huge improvements in my back since i started doing thickness workout and upper seperate. Deads and rows are the shit!

Workout partner never showed today so legs werent as heavy/intense as normal but still got a good pump going. Just upped the reps to be safe.

45 min interval training 3 min sprint, 1 minute incline walk

Had a serious sweat going...the ECA stack is doing its job :)

Well finished the cycle saturday night...

-X-factor deff delivered on the DOMS
-great strength gains
-gained around 4-5lbs of seemingly lean mass
-Bodyfat went down close to a %
-causes some serious hunger
-Excellent pumps while working out...shoulders were the worst they would get so pumped it was hard to hold your arms up. But it was a good feeling
- Actually noticed I looked alot more vascular too

Im gonna give it 2 months then do another cycle this time with a test booster, when its time to bulk

Overall i give the product a 10/10 and recommend any serious lifter giving it a shot.
