Without watching this vid yet(which I'm going to assume it's like his others), he is just a fun personality to watch. The fact that he is or is not a pro is irrelevant. He is entertaining.

Usually I like the entertaining part of his videos, but yeah....I think he misses something in his training for the upperbody to get to the next level...like in this video on the close-grip pulldowns - he does it like 99% of the nerds in my gym - using too much weight and leaning all the way to the back to almost horizontal position of his body...Face-palm for Dorian Yates if he sees this...
