What's up my brothers? If i was going to run a cycle it would go like this
Every day
Dbol 30mg
Proviron 50mg
Cialis 5 mg
Igf 1lr3 50-150 mcg depends on off day from gym
Eod
Sust 125 mg
Npp 300mg
Masteron p 75mg
Primo e 62 mg
Every other week npp is swapped with tren e at the same dose
Meal one
4 eggs bowl of oatmeal with scoop of whey
Meal 2
Half pound hamburger with the works
Meal 3
High protein home made Chilli with 3 large tortillas
Meal 4
Large turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat
Meal 5
More Chilli 2 more tortillas
Meal 6
Grilled chicken salad
Meal 7 not sure yet if it happens
My workouts generally look like this
Back
Chest and tris
Shoulders and biceps
Legs
Can't remember when my last real leg workout was still fighting sciatic nerve issues up and down my left leg. Figure out how to work around it.
Today was a decent back workout. A good friend that I hadn't seen in awhile was there so I really didn't get near as much done as I wanted.
