Got a really quick chest session in earlier this morning my oldest son turns 21 today b day dinner old fashioned fried chicken. I'm going to feast. Lol. This is actually my 3rd chest day this week. It was only about moving some blood into some sore muscles.

I try to make Sunday my do absolutely nothing day sleep and eat is on the agenda after my Sunday morning Jesus fix. Got to pray for all my homies out there trying to get swole. And my freakin left leg. So tired of this sciatic thing. Have a great day fellas.

Meals will be alot better than yesterday. All I did yesterday was make sure I got my macros in from shakes was on the run most of the day yesterday. And didn't expect to be. Have already had more real food this morning than I had all day yesterday. Will post all the meals later. And I have no idea how you guys take these selfies I shake so freakin bad your eyes get a workout trying to focus. Lol.

I get 4 bowls out of a box with the bowl I use Lmao. My wife gets so mad. I'm very lucky if I can just keep my body fat around 12% it seems like i can eat whatever I want. If i drift past that it seems as though my metabolism stops and I will get fat fast. One reason I've never posted much diet info figured people just think I was full of shit.

No not at all.
Igf is more if a waste to run without hgh!!!

Our body has to be actively having pathway opened and receptors unlock by presence of hgh either natural or self administered!!!

I have read ALL RESEARCH and cut thru the bull articles and followed what allows igf receptors to unlock for igf.

No matter what igf Will give a pump with insulin like shuttling BUT a pump has nothing to do with with IGF binding at receptors to cause HYPERPLASIA!!

so time igf correct to your body natty release of growth hormone.
It happens when we haven't had carbs and do intense exercise for example then it unlocks receptors from its presence and signals liver to release IGF natty then they accept IGF at receptors.
Injured ones sense hgh presence and send that signal.

So use IGF timing for injured receptors to be unlocked and benifit from it from natty hgh release

Or use hgh in morning upon rising
Get ready for gym drink 50 grams protien carbs less than 8 grams but around 40 minutes after hgh
Start work out have IGF loaded.
Last 20 minutes if workout go in bathroom stall pin bi-lateral doesn't matter what kind if IGF receptors have to be unlocked and once they accept IGF half life means nothing. All half life does is Allow it to be resistant to protiens that destroy it in out body. It doesn't make it's affect last longer once bond. Igf all 3 forms causes same reaction for same amount of time once bound to receptor.
After u work out eat within 20 minutes max.

Igf has better benifit taken with hgh because we have control of timing for it to be accepted by unlocked receptors.
